NEXTU

Frequently asked questions

Who is NEXTU for?

Students preparing for NEET, JEE or their Board exams, and the teachers and tutors who coach them. Students join batches; educators run them.

What do I get when I join a batch?

Everything the educator publishes for that batch: video lessons, PDF notes and timed MCQ tests with instant scores. You can also post doubts to your batch educator.

How do payments work?

Each batch shows its fee up front. Payment is handled by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). Your seat is confirmed only after NEXTU verifies the payment with Razorpay. Free batches confirm instantly.

Can I watch lessons on my phone?

Yes. NEXTU works in any modern mobile or desktop browser, and your account is shared with the NEXTU mobile app.

How are test scores calculated?

Answers are scored on NEXTU's servers against an answer key that students never see, so results can't be altered. Each test can be attempted once.

How do I become an educator on NEXTU?

Create a free account, then apply from the Teach on NEXTU page with your subjects and teaching experience. Our team reviews every application before an account can publish batches.

What if a batch fills up while I'm paying?

Seats are checked again when your payment is verified. If the batch filled in the meantime, you won't be enrolled into an over-full batch — contact support and the payment will be reconciled.

Is my content protected?

Lesson videos and notes are never shared as public links. Every view is checked against your enrolment before it streams.
