Terms of use

Your account

• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the platform.

Batches and payments

• Each batch shows its fee and seat limit before you enrol. Fees are charged in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
• Your enrolment is confirmed only after NEXTU verifies the payment with Razorpay.
• If a batch fills while your payment is being verified, you will not be enrolled into an over-full batch; contact support and the payment will be reconciled.
• Refunds are handled case by case through support and processed back to the original payment method.

Course content

• Lessons, notes and tests are for your personal study only.
• Do not record, download, share or resell batch content.
• Each test may be attempted once. Attempting to tamper with scoring is not allowed.

Educators

• Educator accounts are approved by NEXTU. Educators must only upload content they have the right to share.
• Educators are responsible for the accuracy of their lessons, tests and answers.
• Earnings are calculated from verified payments according to the payout terms agreed with NEXTU.

Acceptable use

Be respectful in doubts and answers. Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
